JamRooms stores random browser and session identifiers and anonymous usage events such as site visits, directory selection, listing views, and contact intent. To understand acquisition, we may store the referring domain and UTM values supplied in a link. We do not store IP addresses, full referrer URLs, or personal details for this measurement.

Some business details and photos are provided by Google Places when JamRooms-managed information is unavailable. Use of that information is subject to Google's terms and privacy policy.

Requester contact details submitted through the update form are used to review the request and are not displayed publicly.

Details and messages submitted through the contact form are stored so we can respond to and handle the inquiry.

When you subscribe to weekly jam updates, we store your email address, language, and selected filters. This information is used only for the update and is shared with Resend for email delivery. We also store delivery, open, click, failure, and unsubscribe events received from Resend; we do not retain the IP address or device details included in provider events. Opens can be inaccurate because of mailbox privacy features. Every email includes an unsubscribe option.
